The M.A. by research in Sociology offers you the unique possibility to investigate any topic of your choosing in the field of sociology. If you're interested in human behaviour, patterns of social relationships, and the cultures of everyday life, this Master's provides you with an opportunity to research an area of interest under the guidance of experts within the Faculty of Arts. You will be tasked with researching and writing on the topic of your choosing and you will be trained, by extension, to develop proficiency within a broad scope of topical issues within the field, whether that be a completely new perspective that you would like to explore or any existing theory that you would prefer building upon.
